WPC Panel Extruder

WPC Panel Extruder is a device for producing wood-plastic composite (WPC) panels. It adopts extrusion process, after mixing wood powder, plastic and additives, it is extruded under high temperature and high pressure conditions to form a composite board with wood grain texture and plastic durability.

WPC Panel Extruder is mainly used to produce wood-plastic solid panels, wood-plastic foam panels, construction panels, etc.

1 Equipment required for the production of PVC door panels:

1.1 Mixer: Mix the raw materials according to the formula.

1.2 Wood-plastic sheet extrusion line with mold: Produce wood-plastic sheet with a thickness of 3-30mm.

1. Extrusion system: including twin-screw extruder, mold, calibration device, etc. to ensure uniform extrusion of materials.
2. Cooling and shaping device: using vacuum calibration and cooling unit to ensure rapid cooling and shaping of the panel.
3. Traction and cutting device: equipped with high-precision traction machine and cutting machine to ensure panel size accuracy.
4. Subsequent processing equipment: such as laminating machine, embossing unit, stacking unit, etc., used to improve product appearance and performance.
