PVC Door Frame Production Line

The PVC door frame production line is a fully automated conical twin-screw extrusion system specifically designed for rigid PVC and WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) door frame profiles. Through continuous processes of melting, shaping, cooling, and cutting, it transforms PVC resin, calcium powder, wood flour, and functional additives into finished hollow, solid, or foamed door frames.

The production line supports flexible mold changes, enabling the manufacture of door frame profiles in various specifications suitable for residential apartments, villas, hotels, construction projects, and waterproof bathroom applications. Additionally, it can be integrated with auxiliary equipment-such as laminating, hot stamping, and embossing units-to apply wood grain, solid color, or textured decorative finishes to the door frame surfaces.
