WPC Door Frame Extrusion Line

WPC Door Frame Extrusion Line is a mechanical equipment specially used for producing wood-plastic door frames. This wood-plastic door frame production line combines the advantages of wood and plastic, and closely combines the two through the extrusion process to produce door frame products with high strength, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy processing.
WPC Door Frame Extrusion Line consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, mold, vacuum shaping table, traction machine, cutting machine, etc. The SJSZ series wood-plastic door frame extrusion production line has a wide adjustment range, high temperature control accuracy, and convenient and reliable operation.

-- Extruder: Conical twin screw extruder with Taiwan SUNLONG gearbox and professional screw design which could ensure high capacity and very stable machine running.

-- Mold: WPC door frame mold is made of refined 3Cr13 steel and processing by advanced CNC machines. With professional design, It has the features of high capacity and long service life.

-- Calibration table: All water touched places are made of SUS304. Equipped with relevant water pump and vacuum pump, the calibration table could ensure precise calibration work and fast cooling.

-- Integrated hauler and cutter:

Haul off machine: Two caterpillar type haul off machine driven by separated motor and gearbox and speed controlled by Japan FUJI inverter. The hauling procedure is very stable.

Cutter: Saw cutting machine equipped with Siemens PLC control system. It could achieve very good cutting surface and precise cutting length.

-- Stacker: For collecting the cut WPC door frame.

● WPC Door Frame Extrusion Line is equipped with a vacuum degassing system to remove waste gas from the raw materials and ensure the good quality of the final pellets;
● Gearbox: from Jiangyin Deling Gearbox Company, a well-known domestic brand, with beautiful appearance, smooth operation, low noise and long service life;
● Transmission system: Adopts Siemens motor to provide stable torque output and multiple speeds;
● ABB inverter and Schneider Electric control system, with a wide adjustment range, high temperature control accuracy, easy operation and good reliability;
● The production line is equipped with a large forced cooling device to ensure good door frame molding effect;
● The crawler traction device adopts brand reduction motor and ABB inverter, with reasonable structural design, large and stable traction;
● The cutting machine is equipped with a dust suction device, which works reliably and accurately and has high cutting accuracy.
