Pipe Winding Machine

Pipe Winding Machine is a machine for winding extruded PE pipes. Pipe Winding Machine consists of winding unit, tension control system and cutting unit. It is commonly used to produce PE pipes for various applications such as gas and water supply, drainage and irrigation systems.

The Pipe Winding Machine can be operated manually or fully automatically. In manual operation, the operator manually starts and stops the winding process. In fully automatic operation, the machine uses sensors to detect the pipe diameter and adjusts the winding speed accordingly.
