1. Install a magnetic frame or magnetic absorption component
Install a magnetic frame or magnetic absorption component in the feeding hopper of the extruder, and use the magnetic field of the permanent magnet to absorb metal impurities to prevent them from entering the barrel.
2. Strictly check the material
Ensure that there are no impurities such as metal and sand in the material entering the extruder. Before adding materials, the materials should be strictly screened.
3. Clean the magnetic frame regularly
Regularly check and clean the metal debris adsorbed on the magnetic frame to prevent excessive accumulation of debris and affect the adsorption effect.
4. Check the feed port and exhaust port
Before starting the machine, check whether there are debris in the feed port and exhaust port to ensure that no foreign matter remains. When leaving get off work, the feed port needs to be covered with a cover to prevent debris from falling in.
5. Avoid using hard tools for cleaning
It is strictly forbidden to poke the material with a metal rod at the exhaust port of the barrel of the extruder to avoid damaging the barrel and screw. The correct way is to use plastic pipes or plastic wood profiles.
6. Keep the working area clean
Make sure the environment around the extruder is clean and tidy, without any debris piled up, to prevent foreign objects from accidentally entering the equipment.
