1. Daily maintenance
Perform the following maintenance work every day:
Clean the surface of the equipment and remove dust and debris.
Check whether the connections of various parts of the equipment are loose, such as bolts, nuts, etc.
Observe abnormal noise, vibration and heat during the operation of the equipment.
Check the lubrication system of the equipment to ensure that each lubrication point is fully lubricated.
2. Weekly maintenance
Check the transmission part of the equipment, including belts, chains, gears, etc., to ensure that their tension is appropriate and there is no wear and cracks.
Check the electrical control system to check whether the wires are damaged, poor contact, etc., and check whether the buttons and indicator lights on the control panel are working properly.
Clean the cooling system of the equipment and check whether the cooling water pipeline is unobstructed and whether there is any water leakage.
3. Monthly maintenance
Check the screw and barrel of the extruder to check for wear and tear, and replace or repair if necessary.
Check the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the mold, and repair or replace it in time if there is wear or deformation.
Check the hydraulic system of the equipment, check the level and quality of the hydraulic oil, and replace it if necessary.
Check the safety devices of the equipment, such as emergency stop buttons, safety doors, etc., to ensure their normal operation.
4. Quarterly maintenance
