Working Principle
First, the raw materials are inserted into the feed port and pushed into the machine by two screws. The two screws are normally coaxial and spiral with each other, and their thread design can be changed to accommodate varied raw materials and processing needs.
Raw materials are gradually heated, crushed, and combined as the screw is pushed. Throughout the process, the temperature may be adjusted using a heating/cooling system to ensure that the raw materials attain the desired viscosity and flow.
As the raw ingredients travel through the screw, they pass through a number of stages, including compression, mixing, and extrusion.
