The PVC profile production line is composed of a vacuum setting table, a conical twin-screw extruder, a cutting and laminating machine, a tractor, and a material turning machine. Conical twin-screw extruders of different specifications can be selected according to different profile sections and molds.
Vacuum sizing table: a special enlarged vortex cooling system is used to facilitate cooling and shaping. According to different molds and sizing tables, 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 10 meters and other specifications can be selected to meet the extrusion requirements.
Extruder: screw design is adopted to make polymer micro-foaming plasticized evenly, with high output and stable speed to ensure the synchronous operation of main machine and auxiliary machine.
Cutting machine: The moving speed is synchronized with the tractor, the design is reasonable, the operation is stable, it can automatically cut to length, and it is equipped with a dust recovery device.
Traction machine: adopts lifting technology, stable work, good reliability and large traction force.
