What are the precautions for plastic granulator?

1. The plastic granulator must run in the forward direction; avoid reverse rotation.
2. The granulator must not be run on an empty stomach when the machine is cold. It must be run on a hot machine with feeding, so as to avoid the phenomenon of bar sticking (shaft holding).
3. It is strictly forbidden to allow ironware and other debris to enter the feed port and vent hole of the granulator. To avoid causing accidents and affecting production.

4. Observe the machine's temperature variations at all times. Elevate the temperature right away if, after touching it with clean hands, the sliver does not attach to your hands. Before the sliver hits your hand, everything is normal.
5. The reducer should be promptly fixed and refueled if the bearing component burns or makes noise.
6. Stop the machine for maintenance and add butter when the bearing components at either end of the main bearing chamber become hot or noisy. Every five to six days, butter is supplied to the bearing chamber during regular operation.

7. Keep an eye out for information on the machine's operating parameters, such as temperature and speed, and take appropriate action promptly based on the circumstances.
8. If you notice that the fuselage is running unsteadily, you should determine if the coupling gap is excessively tight and adjust it accordingly.
