Optimize the matching of extrusion speed and traction speed: Through advanced control systems, the extrusion speed and traction speed are monitored in real time, and automatically adjusted according to production conditions to ensure that the two always maintain the best matching state, improve production efficiency and pipe quality5.
Adjust material formula:
Select suitable raw materials: Select PVC resin, stabilizer, lubricant and other raw materials with stable quality and performance that meet the requirements. For example, high-quality stabilizers can improve the thermal stability of materials and reduce decomposition during processing; suitable lubricants can reduce the friction between materials and equipment and improve extrusion efficiency.
Optimize formula ratio: Through experiments and adjustments, determine the best material formula ratio, improve the fluidity and processability of materials, reduce extrusion resistance, and thus improve production efficiency.
5. Production management:
Improve the skill level of operators: Regularly train and assess operators to enable them to master the operation methods of equipment, adjustment techniques of process parameters, and handling methods of common faults. Skilled operators can quickly and accurately respond to various problems in the production process, reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.
