1. When the screw rotates

2. During the conveying process

The two screws cooperate with each other to transfer the material from the screw groove of one screw to the screw groove of the other screw, thereby achieving a high degree of mixing between different material components. It is like using two constantly stirring spoons to fully mix the various raw materials together so that they are evenly distributed.
3. Heating and temperature rise
At the same time, the material is heated and heated by the shear heat generated by the heating device outside the barrel and the rotation of the screw. There are usually multiple heating zones on the barrel, and the temperature of different areas can be accurately controlled. As the temperature rises, the material gradually softens and plasticizes. For example, in plastic processing, solid plastic particles will become viscous flow. This plasticized material is pushed by the screw and passed through a specific mold, and finally extruded from the barrel to form a product with a certain shape, such as pipes, profiles, etc. Its shape and size are determined by the outlet shape of the mold, just like the dough is squeezed out of different shapes of biscuits through different shapes of decoration nozzles.
