What matters need to be paid attention to in the maintenance of PE pipe production line?

Daily maintenance
1. Clean equipment: Keep the production line clean, clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the equipment in time, and prevent dirt accumulation from affecting heat dissipation and operation stability.
2. Check leaks and fasteners: Check the pipeline for leaks regularly, check whether the fasteners are loose, and tighten them in time if they are loose.
3. Check safety devices: Ensure that the safety devices of the machine are normal and effective, especially after changing the mold, check whether the mechanical insurance has been adjusted accordingly.
4. Lubricate moving parts: Lubricate the moving parts according to regulations, and check whether the oil volume in the lubrication pump oil tank and the machine base oil tank is sufficient.
5. Monitor the operating status: During the production process, monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time, including parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc., to ensure that it is within the normal range.
Regular maintenance
1. Check the heating system: Regularly check the appearance and resistance value of heating elements (such as heating coils and heating rods), and replace damaged heating elements in time.
2. Calibrate the thermostat: Regularly calibrate the temperature controller and sensor to ensure the accuracy of temperature control.
3. Check the cooling system: Check whether the cooling water pipeline is unobstructed, whether there is any blockage or leakage, and replace the coolant if necessary.
4. Check the vacuum system: Check the vacuum pump, vacuum pipeline, gasket and other components to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum system.
5. Check the traction and cutting device: Check the operating status of the traction machine and the cutting machine, adjust the traction speed and cutting accuracy, and ensure that the size and length of the pipe meet the requirements.
Long-term shutdown maintenance
1. Anti-rust and anti-fouling: If the production line is not running for a long time, anti-rust and anti-fouling measures should be taken to keep the equipment clean and dry.
2. Protect the mold: Properly protect the mold, such as applying anti-rust oil or wrapping it with anti-rust paper to prevent the mold from rusting.
3. Clean the equipment: Before shutting down, thoroughly clean the residual materials inside and outside the equipment to prevent the materials from solidifying in the equipment.
Troubleshooting
1. Temperature fluctuation: If temperature fluctuation occurs, check whether the heating coil is damaged, whether the thermostat fails, whether the thermocouple contact is good, and replace the damaged parts or calibrate the thermostat in time.
2. Raw materials are not discharged smoothly: clean the hopper, optimize the design of the screw feeding section, strengthen raw material testing, and install filters.
3. Pipe quality problems: according to the specific problems of the pipe (such as rough outer surface, uneven wall thickness, etc.), adjust the process parameters and check related equipment components, such as molds, cooling systems, etc.
