1. Preparation before operation

Add raw materials to the hopper evenly to avoid blockage caused by excessive amounts.
2. Safety precautions during operation
Personal protection:
Wear personal protective equipment such as work clothes, protective glasses, gloves, etc. during operation.
Emergency handling:
In case of emergency, such as fire, mechanical failure, etc., the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately.
Keep the passage in the working area unobstructed for quick evacuation.
Operation specifications:
Do not put your hands, feet or tools into the machine to avoid being pinched.
When the extruder is running, do not unplug or connect the power supply at will to avoid equipment failure or safety accidents.
Do not place flammable, explosive or other dangerous goods around the extruder to avoid fire or explosion.
Operators should stay focused and not perform other irrelevant work to avoid distraction and safety accidents.
3. Shutdown and cleaning maintenance
Normal shutdown:
Slowly reduce the screw speed until it stops completely.
Continue to turn on the cooling system and wait for the machine body to cool naturally to room temperature.
Cleaning and maintenance:
After turning off the power, use professional tools to clean the residual materials in the screw and barrel.
Perform a comprehensive inspection of the extruder, including bearing lubrication, replacement of wear parts, etc.
