Product Composition

Working Principle

 

1. Feeding raw materials:
PVC resin is loaded into the mixing chamber together with various additives such as stabilizers, plasticizers, colorants, and fillers.

2. High-speed mixing:
The high-speed rotor or impeller rotates at high speed, usually in the range of 300 to 1,500 RPM, generating strong shear forces to thoroughly mix the materials. This ensures that the additives are evenly dispersed throughout the PVC resin.

3. Heating and cooling:
If necessary, the mixer can be equipped with an integrated heating system to melt or soften certain additives, especially plasticizers, to improve their integration into the mixture.
A cooling system can be used to maintain the required temperature and prevent overheating, which may affect the quality of the mixture.

4. Release:
After the mixing process is completed, the homogeneous mixture is discharged through a valve into a storage container, extruder or mold, depending on the next step in the production process.
