The common faults of the conical twin-screw extruder are not automatic cutting, not reset after automatic cutting, automatic cutting not in place, automatic cutting not in place and not automatic turning over. The following is a detailed introduction.
1. No automatic cutting
The reason for this kind of failure is generally that the limit switch is damaged and the input control wire is broken. The treatment method is: use manual cutting in the panel, if it is cut immediately, it means that there is no problem with the automatic cutting system, you should open the automatic cutting limit cover, and use a multimeter to measure the DC voltage. If there is a 24V power supply, it means that the limit device is damaged; For cutting, you should check whether the CX408 cutting input and output indicators are normal. If normal, it may be that the external control circuit is interrupted or there are other problems.
2. No reset after automatic cutting
The cause of this failure is that the reset limit device of the sliding trolley is out of control or the reset signal line is broken. The treatment method is: in this case, the forward override will alarm in time, so open the profile protection cover, if the "tightening" is already in the pull-back state, it means that the lifting cylinder or the machine is faulty. If it does not reset, move the upper limit handle of the trolley. If it is reset, measure the reset line on the limit with a universal DC voltage. If there is 24V current, it means that the limit is damaged. Otherwise, the circuit is faulty.
3. Automatic cutting is not in place
The reason for this failure is that the upper limit of the trolley is not adjusted properly, and it is only necessary to adjust the upper limit of the trolley.
4. Does not turn over automatically
The reason for this failure is that the limit position is damaged and the input control alarm signal line is broken. The treatment method is: turn over the frame manually on the panel. If the frame is turned over immediately, it means that the automatic rollover is faulty. Use a multimeter to measure the signal line on the limit with DC voltage. If there is 24V current, it means that the limit switch is damaged.
