PE Pelletizing Line

The PE Pelletizing Line is a production system for converting the widely used thermoplastic polymer polyethylene (PE) into small, uniform pellets. The PE Pelletizing Line features melt filtration, strand extrusion and precision cutting to produce free-flowing pellets suitable for blow molding, film extrusion and injection molding applications. The PE Pelletizing Line is used to process different grades of polyethylene, including low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), into pellets for further processing.

PE pelletizing line usually consists of the following parts:

1. Extruder:

The extruder in the PE pelletizing line is used to melt mix PE resin with other additives. The molten plastic is then extruded through a die to form a continuous strand of material.

2. Pelletizing die: using refined 38CrMoAla, the inner surface is chrome-plated.

3. Pelleting knife:

4. Vibrating screen: Made of SUS304 steel, the vibrating screen is used to separate any oversized or undersized particles from the main product.

-- Silo and pipe material: made of SUS304 steel

-- Cooling: by cooling fan

6. Storage bin:

Storage silos are used to collect and store finished PE pellets before transporting them for further processing or packaging.
