PVC Pelletizing Line

PVC Pelletizing Line is a production line used to process PVC (polyvinyl chloride) into small pellets, which are the basic raw materials used in various plastic molding processes such as extrusion, injection molding and blow molding, and are used to make hard PVC pellets, soft PVC pellets, transparent PVC pellets, etc. Used to make hard PVC pellets, soft PVC pellets, transparent PVC pellets, etc. The pellets produced by PVC Pelletizing Line are very suitable for applications in industries such as construction, automobiles, packaging, consumer goods, etc.

PVC granulation production line usually consists of several parts:

1. Extruder: Conical twin-screw extruder equipped with Taiwan SUNLONG gearbox and professionally designed screw and barrel. The extruder has the characteristics of high output and low energy consumption.

2. Pelletizing die: using refined 38CrMoAla, the inner surface is chrome-plated.

3. Pelleting knife:

--Knife material: made of SUS304 steel.

--Cutting motor: AC motor

--Cooling method: water-cooled double-layer cutter

4. Vibrator: made of SUS304 steel

5. Pneumatic conveying system:

-- Type: Three-layer wind conveying system

-- Silo and pipe material: made of SUS304 steel

-- Cooling: by cooling fan
