PE Profile Extrusion Line

PE profile extrusion line is a set of equipment for producing plastic profiles from polyethylene (PE). The process involves melting the PE resin, molding it into the desired profile shape, cooling it and cutting it to size.

The basic components of PE profile extrusion line include extruder, mold, cooling system, tractor and cutting machine. -- Haul off machine: Two-caterpillar type haul off machine, speed controlled by ABB inverter.

-- Cutter: No-dust cutter and saw acuter alternative, controlled by Siemens PLC and HMI.

1. Extruder: core equipment, responsible for melting and extruding raw materials.
2. Mold: designed according to the shape of the required profile to ensure molding accuracy.
3. Calibration device: through vacuum calibration and cooling unit, ensure the stability of the size and shape of the profile.
4. Pulling device: pull the profile out smoothly to ensure dimensional consistency.
5. Cutting device: cut the continuous profile into the required length.
6. Stacking device: stack the cut profiles neatly for subsequent processing.
