Conical twin screw extruder is a kind of equipment for extruding PVC powder, PVC wood plastic (WPC) powder or PE wood pallet. Using different types of molds and auxiliary machines, different kinds of PVC pipes, profiles, sheets, roofs, floors, plates and granules can be produced. Compared with traditional single screw extruders and parallel twin screw extruders, anisotropic conical twin screw extruders have unique large feed area, high compression ratio, higher longitudinal and transverse material shearing and mixing efficiency, and better plasticizing characteristics.
