The UPVC Pipe Machine's working concept is based on the spinning of the screw to achieve material transportation, plasticization, and extrusion. The motor causes the screw to rotate in the barrel through the reduction, moving the UPVC powder or granules introduced from the hopper ahead. During the conveying operation, the material is heated by the barrel's external heating device and the shearing force between the screw and the inner wall, gradually transitioning from a solid to a viscous flow condition to achieve plasticization.The plasticized UPVC melt is pushed by the screw and extruded through the mold mounted at the machine's head to make a pipe with a certain shape and size, after which it undergoes further operations such as cooling, shaping, traction, and cutting to produce the completed UPVC pipe.
