Double Screw Extruder

Double screw extruder SJZ-92/188 is mainly used to produce PVC and WPC products, such as PVC pipe, PVC profile, PVC sheet, WPC profile, and so on. Our machine uses high quality components, and based on more than 15 years of manufacturing experience, we select a good quality motor, screw, and barrel, gearbox, electrical parts. Also, our precise installation work ensures the machine is stable and running!

Feeding: Raw materials (powder, granules or liquid) are fed into the extruder through a hopper.
Conveying: The screw conveys the material forward through the barrel.
Compression and Melting: The material is compressed, heated, and melted (if applicable) as it passes through the barrel.
Mixing: The intermeshing screws allow the material to be intensely mixed and homogenized.
Discharge: The processed material is forced through a die to obtain the desired shape or form.

1. Twin Screw: Two screws rotate in the same direction (co-rotation) or opposite directions (counter-rotation). This rotation helps to generate shear forces, which can effectively melt, mix, and homogenize materials.
