Feature
1. Extruder System: The core component is the extruder, usually a twin-screw extruder (as mentioned earlier). This device mixes and melts the raw materials (wood fiber and plastic) to form a homogenous material.
2. Dies and dies: After the materials are melted and mixed, they are pushed into dies and dies to shape the mixture into deck boards with the desired cross-sectional profile. This is where the specific dimensions (width, thickness, and profile) of the deck boards are set.
3. Cooling System: After extrusion, the WPC Decking Machine is cooled using a water cooling tank or air cooling system. This helps the material solidify into its final shape.
4. Cutting System: After cooling, the continuous extrusion is cut into individual deck boards of the desired length. This is usually done with a saw or an automatic cutter.
