The line enables fully automated, continuous production-encompassing raw material mixing, melt extrusion, vacuum sizing, cooling, haul-off, fixed-length cutting, and socket forming. It is capable of producing high-temperature and corrosion-resistant CPVC pressure pipes, electrical conduits, and industrial chemical transport pipes that fully comply with international standards such as ASTM D2846 and GB/T 18993.

Complete CPVC Pipe Production line Process Flow

 

The mature and standardized production process ensures stable and reliable quality of CPVC pipes. The full workflow of the CPVC pipe extrusion line is as follows:
Step 1: Raw Material Pretreatment - Dry and filter CPVC resin and auxiliary materials to remove moisture and impurities, preventing pipe surface defects and internal hollowing .
Step 2: Automatic Mixing - Mix raw materials and additives in strict proportion through the dosing system to ensure uniform component distribution.
Step 3: High-Temperature Extrusion - The twin-screw extruder melts and plasticizes the mixed materials at a constant high temperature, and extrudes tubular blanks through the professional die head .
Step 4: Vacuum Calibration & Cooling - The pipe blank enters the vacuum tank for sizing and gradient cooling to form a stable pipe structure.
Step 5: Traction & Fixed-Length Cutting - The traction unit drives the pipe forward stably, and the cutting system cuts the pipe to the specified length.
Step 6: Online Inspection & Finished Product Stacking - Detect pipe size, flatness, and pressure resistance, and automatically stack qualified products for storage and delivery .
