Check whether the temperature of the cooling water tank meets the process requirements and adjust the flow of cooling water if necessary.
Check the temperature and flow of cooling water:
Check the temperature and flow of cooling water regularly to ensure that they are within the normal range.
If the cooling water temperature is too high or the flow is insufficient, check the working status of the cooling system in time.
4. Regular maintenance
Clean the cooling system:
Clean the cooling water tank and cooling pipe regularly to prevent the accumulation of scale and impurities.
Use descaling agent or change cooling water regularly to keep the cooling system running efficiently.
Check cooling system components:
