Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line

A specialized production system called a Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line is used to make plastic pipes from materials including PVC, PE, and PP. In order to create a continuous pipe with exact dimensions, the plastic raw material is melted and then passed through a die. Because of its great efficiency and capacity to create long-lasting pipes in a range of sizes and requirements, this technique is extensively utilized in sectors like infrastructure, pipelines, and construction.

Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line consists of control system, extruder, die head, melting system, cooling system, haul-off machine, feeding rack, cutting device and flip rack, feeds raw materials into raw material hopper, melts and heats pipe through die, extrude pipe through die, cools pipe in cooling chamber, transfers pipe to haul-off machine, hauls pipe out of production line and cuts it into required length using cutting machine. Then, transfer pipe to haul-off machine, where it is hauled out of production line and cuts it into required length using cutting machine.
