PVC Pipe Production Line

PVC pipe production line can be used to produce all kinds of PVC pipes, the machine can be a single outlet, double outlet, and four-outlet, the extruder is a conical twin screw extruder with high capacity output and low energy consumption. We use Siemens motor or Simo motor, ABB inverter. More than 15 years of manufacturing experience can ensure you reliable quality.

1. Raw material preparation:
PVC resin and additives (such as stabilizers, plasticizers, and fillers) are weighed and mixed in a high-speed mixer.
2. Extrusion:
The mixed material is fed into the extruder, where it is melted and homogenized.
The molten PVC is forced through the die to form a pipe profile.
3. Sizing and cooling:
The pipe passes through a vacuum calibrator to reach its final size.
It is then placed in a water bath or cooling tank to cool to solidify its shape.
4. Pulling and cutting:
The pipe is pulled through the cooling system by a pulling device.
It is cut into the required length by a cutting machine.
5. Stacking and packaging:
The finished pipes are stacked and packaged for storage or shipment.
