PP Pipe Extrusion Line

PP Pipe Extrusion Line can achieve efficient and high-speed extrusion, with beautiful appearance, high degree of automation, stable and reliable production. This equipment can also produce thin-walled pipes such as agricultural irrigation, insulation pipes, and outer protective pipes.

PP pipe extrusion line is used for producing PP pipe, PPR pipe, PP-H pipe and so on.

 

By adopting advanced machine design and high quality components, the extrusion line has the advantage of high output, energy saving and stable running:

1. Precise pipe thickness control: By using Germany Conpro gravimetric system, the pipe thickness is precisely controlled by screw speed self-adjust and hauling speed self-adjustment.

2. Extruder capacity: Adopting high efficiency screw and barrel with LD ration 38:1, the main extruder capacity is high.

3. Mold design: Adopt spiral design and precise melt-pressure calculation, the mold could achieve top melt performance.

4. Calibration tank: By using high quality SUS304 materials and precise processing, the calibration tank has the advantage of strong structure, fast cooling and maintenance free.

5. Cooling tank: Made of SUS304 steel.

6. Hauler: Adopt Servo motor, the hauling procedure is very stable.

7. Cutter: No-dust cutter which could ensure perfect cutting effect and save pipe.
