The temperature control of screw extruders generally adopts a closed-loop control system, that is, the power of the heater is adjusted according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature.
Commonly used temperature control technologies include PID control, fuzzy control and neural network control.
1. PID control
PID control is a classic temperature control technology that adjusts the heater power by comparing the deviation between the set temperature and the actual temperature.
The PID controller consists of three control parts: proportional, integral and differential. The parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation to achieve temperature control.
2. Fuzzy control
Fuzzy control is a control technology based on fuzzy logic that can handle nonlinear and fuzzy systems.
In temperature control, fuzzy control can determine the power output of the heater based on the deviation between the set temperature and the actual temperature.
Compared with PID control, fuzzy control is more suitable for dealing with complex temperature control problems.
3. Neural network control
Neural network control is a control technology based on artificial neural networks that can simulate the learning and reasoning process of the human brain.
In temperature control, neural networks can build a temperature prediction model through learning and training, and adjust the power output of the heater based on the difference between the actual temperature and the set temperature.
Neural network control can adapt to different working conditions and environmental changes, improving the accuracy and stability of temperature control.
