PVC Marble Sheet Extrusion Line
PVC Marble Sheet Extrusion Line is a production line for producing PVC (polyvinyl chloride) marble sheets, designed for mass production of decorative artificial marble sheets with realistic stone patterns. This automated line combines multi-layer co-extrusion, digital texturing technology and precision calendering technology to produce high-quality PVC sheets that perfectly imitate natural marble at a fraction of the cost.

2.1 Screw feeder
2.2 Extruder: SJZ-80/156 extruder equipped with Taiwan SUNLUNG gearbox and professional designed screw and barrel. It has the features of high output capacity and low energy consumption.
2.2 Mold: JC Times brand, made of 5CrNiMO steel. High precision, long service life.
2.3 Three-roller calendar machine:
-- Roller materials: Refined 45 steel forge
-- Roller size: Φ450mm*1350mm
-- Roller inside design: Spiral oil path design which is processed by CNC machines
-- Roller temperature controller: Controlled by constant temperature controller with high temperature conductive oil.
-- Driving system: Each roller is driven by one separated motor and gearbox.
-- Speed controller: FUJI inverter which could ensure smooth speed.
2.4 Cooling frame: For cooling the PVC marble sheet. Rollers made of SUS304 steel.
2.5 Haul off machine:
-- Hauling roller: Made of nitrogen rubber
-- Roller Quantity: 2-roller, each roller is driven by separated motor and gearbox

-- Edge cutting: With edge cutting unit

A: So far, we have obtained CE, ISO, SGS, TUV, SONCAP certificates.
3. Q: Is it possible to customize the machine as required, such as put our logo on it?
A: Of course our machines can be customized according to your needs, and your logo can also be affixed.
4. Q: May I know which payment your company accepts?
A: So far, we can offer 100% T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, and the balance paid by L/C.
5. Q: Regarding after-sales service, how do you solve the problems encountered by overseas customers in a timely manner?
A: The warranty period of our machines is usually 12 months, during this period, we will arrange international express immediately to ensure the replacement parts as soon as possible.
