PVC Foam Sheet Extrusion Line

PVC foam sheet extrusion line is a machinery system used for the production of PVC foam sheets. PVC foam sheets are lightweight, flexible and versatile materials used in various applications such as advertising, construction, automotive, and furniture industries. The production line is capable of producing PVC foam sheets of different sizes, thicknesses, and densities.

-- Extruder: Conical twin screw extruder with Taiwan SUNLUNG gear box and professional screw design could ensure high capacity and low energy consumption.

-- Mold: Made of refined 3CR17 steel and processed by CNC machines to ensure high precision and long service life.

-- Calibration table: Table length 2m, four sets calibrators made of refined 45 steel, all water touched places made of SUS304.

-- Haul off machine: 8-roller haul off machine equipped with separated motor and driven by Japan FUJI inverter which could ensure stable machine running.

-- Cutter: High intelligent cutter with good protection system to ensure precise cutting and safe cutting procedure.

-- Stacker: For collecting finished door panel.

Maintenance and Operation
1. Extruder Maintenance: The extruder must be regularly inspected and cleaned to prevent material buildup and ensure consistent extrusion quality.
2. Die Maintenance: The extrusion die must be calibrated regularly to prevent clogging and ensure consistent sheet thickness.
3. Cooling System Maintenance: The cooling system should be regularly inspected to ensure it is functioning properly and the sheet is cooled evenly.
4. Foaming Agent Management: The amount and type of foaming agent must be carefully monitored to ensure the correct degree of foaming required to achieve the desired sheet quality.
5. Material Handling: Raw materials should be stored in a dry and cool place to maintain their quality and prevent contamination.
